Malware and evil
Cowbirds in Love has been host to some malware stuff for a few weeks. I’m not exactly sure how, but some kind of bad guy script got access to all the files on the site, and it made them so they all did… something. I’m unfortunately not sure. Some people complained of getting pop-ups for fake anti-virus software.
Thanks to the help of my favorite web developer, Gabe Boning, the foreign code has been expunged. Passwords have been changed. Because of the malware, a few webfilters are blocking Cowbirds in Love now. I don’t know how long that’s going to last but it is a pretty big bummer.
I deeply apologize for any potential harm this all might have caused your systems. It might be a good idea to run some diagnostics on your computers. I personally like Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware a lot for that.
Opera was blocking this site. The best info I could find was at

which suggests sending email to

I’m afraid that your site still seems to be hosting the same malware ...
